Johnathan and Melissa Nightingale are the co-founders of Raw Signal Group and the best-selling authors of How F*cked Up Is Your Management? An Uncomfortable Conversation About Modern Leadership. They’ve been building tech companies for 20 years. They met in the early days of Mozilla - Johnathan in engineering and Melissa in marketing. They learned to lead as the org grew from under 100 to over 1,000 employees in about three years.
